Sean started his musical challenge at the age of 7 when he started taking guitar lessons from his cousin Mike, who Sean had looked up to as a musician. Later on at the age of 12 piano became an interest and at 13 joined a jazz choir in school. The dream of being a musician was getting stronger and stronger and his first brake came at the age of 15 when he moved to Maine to live with his father. A student at Thorton Academy in Saco, Maine Sean met and formed with his first band. The band was known as “Shirak” and the music style was that of old Metallica and Megadeth. The band and memory was short lived as Sean moved back to Rhode Island to live with his grandparents for his Junior year of high school. Later that year he played for a band in Mass. known as “Staightaway” and spent the last year and a half playing cover and original glamour rock songs, which was very big in 90. After Graduation in 1991, Sean joined the U.S. Army Reserves and in 1994 The National Guard. In 1994 Sean formed a band with his hometown high school friends And the band was called “Legal Limit”, and it was there that all of Sean’s original ideas and music came to life. In 1995 a tape was recorded with these songs and held for a later time. Well that time never came and in 1996 Sean moved to Des Moines, Iowa and answered an add for a vocalist for the band “ Defyance” www.defyance.com Defyance took him to a level that he’s never been in his life as a musician, but with strong desire and determination, he was going to give it a shot. In 1997 he left Defyance for personal reasons and left behind, great memories and friends. The last call came in 1998, when he answered an add for a guitarist vocalist for a cover classic rock top 40’s band. It was right up his alley and the band blended well together.
After the retirement of Later Daze, Sean went into the studio with former band mates from Defyance along with Bassist Joel Andres of “Can of Worms & Rabbit Punch” and recorded his solo cd “All Gone Wild” in 2003 and later hit the road in support of the Cd.
